Lorne Louden, B.Sc
CEO
Lead Consultant

Lorne Louden is the lead consultant for all de-icing projects, bringing his 20 years of experience to each project. A University of Alberta graduate, Louden offers consultation on de-icing and other water management projects in addition to leading system design and supervising installations.

Owner/Financial Director
Fern is our financial director, supervising accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.
Jennifer Lenherr B.Sc
Environmental Consultant
Project Manager
Jennifer joined our team in 2020 as one of our consultants. A graduate of the University of Alberta, Jennifer is available for consultation and custom de-icing project designing and management. Jennifer is acting project manager so she will be a primary contact between consultants, the install team, and clients.

Alissa Haduik, BCom.
General Manager
Alissa is the acting general office manager who directs and manages our sales and marketing efforts across Canada. Alissa also works as part of our project coordination group for large on-site installations so she acts as our health and safety officer and contact between clients and consultants.
Zachery Martin
Custom Equipment & Warehouse Supervisor
Zachery is our in-house journeyman welder responsible for custom equipment machining. Aside from custom equipment, Zachery supervises warehouse inventory, supply logistics, and shipping.
Amanda Kadatz
Equipment Logistics Manager
Amanda is acting as our primary warehouse and equipment logistics manager, responsible for inventory and supply logistics, directing custom equipment orders, and shipping.
Amelia Murray
Intern Biologist
Custom Design Representative
Amelia is one of our up-and-coming biologists. Amelia is currently an intern biologist, working towards building her foundation in the industry with us. Amelia is available for custom aeration and de-icing design and planning, as well as small-scale consultation.
Garnet Bailey P.Eng
Water Engineer
Aeration & De-Icing
Garnet is our in-house engineer specializing in aeration and de-icing design. We ensure every design receives his input and approval before submitting it to our clients.
